Decorate placemats for Meals on Wheels programs

Meals on Wheels programs love to have "extras" to hand out to the folks they serve.  Families can make placemats, cards or other small gifts to cheer up these isolated elderly people. It's particularly nice if you're able to laminate the placemats. Visit www.meals-on-wheels.com to find the program nearest you.  The local program will give you the details about how to coordinate your project.  This is a perfect opportunity for the summer months as well.

Time Commitment: As much time as it takes to complete the craft project and deliver the items to the program site.

Ages:  Preschool age and older
